Midterms - Round 1

I have successfully proctored and graded three classes worth of midterms. So far, I have been disappointed with the grades. I know it was a hard test, but I don't think the students properly studied for it.

So as the grades have broken down so far:

[passing is a 65]

My plan is to scale the test, by how much and all that I really don't know yet

    Are you grading on a curve? What's the median?

    Why is period D so low? and could you make the average a C- and scale from there?
